I had an absolutely awesome stay here, the property was beautiful, the facilities were comfortable and very nice, but the best part was definitely the host and his friends. Innocent always made me feel at home and welcome, and was very willing to arrange activities and to help with anything I needed. Overall, great vibes and I would 100% recommend a stay here. Cant wait to come back and visit someday

The place is perfect if you look for a quiet and relaxing stay in Arusha that you can spend in the very nice garden in the back yard. The hosts are very friendly and supportive with everything you need. Bus station and city center are in 5- to 10-minutes driving distance, a local street kitchen with nice food for little money is within 3 minutes walking distance. All in all highly recommended!

Innocent is very friendly and helpful. Very good hospitality. The location is good. You can reach the center very easily and cheaply by motorcycles or tuk tuk. The breakfast was also very good.

Feels like home !! Living room is perfect to chill Kitchen is perfect to finally cook when youve been travelling for a while Garden very clean with bushfires sometimes Entire house is clean Love Franco, the dog, ill miss him Really liked the area played video games with awesome kids, visited some child care centre to say hi, became friend with many neighbours Walking around is the best Obviously Evelynn Innocent and Steve are super cool and friendly

- Although the house is located far from city centre, it is a good chance to experience the local life at Mazzola Safari. Innocent and Steve are friendly and caring, they also offer airport pickup services which is very convenient. - The safari tour I booked through Innocent is really good, I enjoyed it very much. Thanks for a great recommendation Innocent. - There is a kitchen in case you need to cook.

The owner, Innocent is an amazing guy....nothing is touch for him to do for you....help yourself to some food if you arrive late and are hungry ....advice about how to irganise things etc.. Place is really nice, out of town centre so peaceful, nice garden and rooms are great. Lounge where everyone gets together. Tours/safaris - Innocent will arrange for you....,I'm just back from 4 days to see the migration....was epic and a great price so definitely do them through him

Our favorite place from the whole stay in Tanzania. Inncoent and Steve took the best care of us - from helping with organizing the safari, to doing laundry, to preparing delicious breakfasts. We could fully relax after an intense journey and feel at home.

Totally recomendable. The host are amazing. Thanks Innocent and Steve! They will help you with everything. Breakfast is really good and they can even cook you dinner if you ask to. They can also help you organize your visits around Arusha. We enjoyed very much staying at the house and will be back if our way comes again to Arusha. Even if the roads to get to the house are rough, the neighbourhood is completely safe and it's worth work around a little bit. Just be careful because it's not easy coming back and Google Maps is not helpful at all.

the place was great for a one night place to rest. comfortable bed, hot shower, great breakfast, and friendly hosts! in a neighborhood a little walk away from the main tourist city center, really enjoyed the local feel and the walk to town center that felt less touristy

This place is the paradise. I felt like home at all the time. Innocent and Steve are very welcoming and nice. Enjoyed every single minute. I definitely recommend Mazzola safari house and i will definitely come back again.

Meets all our needs - clean, comfortable and mostly friendly team that takes care of all your needs. I had multiple loads of laundry to get done asap between my trips and while other hotels would refuse to do it quickly, Mazzola team just got it done for me no problem late evening and early morning, ordered take out food and took to me the airport - couldnt recommend more and hope to be back!

We had two nights at Mazzola. Innocent is a perfect host, very attentive to our needs. We had great time with Steve, a fantastic hike to Napuru waterfall and in the natural forest of Mt Meru. Steve knows a lot about local nature and wildlife, he is very friendly and attentive to us. The breakfasts were excellent. The garden is beautiful and full of nice birds. Thank you again to you all, it was a fantastic stay!

Great calm place in the middle of Arusha, nice backyard with bond fire and place to hang out. Great meal cooked by staff for dinner and breakfast. A bit hard to find but our driver called the place and thereafter no problem Friendly and helpful staff and good value for money

I enjoyed spending time with both Innocent and Steven, and talking with some other guests. Breakfast by Steven was wonderful. The room was comfortable, and the gardens wonderful. There is bottled water from a dispenser freely available, and hot tea/coffee. Staff are wonderful and highly responsive via Booking.com and WhatsApp. I was sick for a couple of days and felt safe and as comfortable as I could be, being stuck in the room. Location is not bad. The value of Mazzola is very good. I can't comment on their safari and daytrip options since I did not book any. Mazzola is a very safe environment with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It is great for budget travelers who want their own space but need to save money. I am familiar with Tanzanian accommodations and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to students traveling through Arusha.
